MALCOLM HUGHES LAND SURVEYORS LIMITED [Chartered Land Surveyors] carried out a topographical survey using total station theodolite (TST), an electronic/optical instrument, which will provide an accurate representation of the area showing all natural and man-made features with levels. Shown as three dimensional points, all features including the property, land features and physical boundary details will be presented on a scaled survey drawing.
