FOLLOWING feedback on the planning application from Perth & Kinross Council's Tree and Biodiversity Officer, a fee proposal for professional ecological consultancy services was received for the following: bat activity survey of the castle structure; bat activity surveys of three trees; bat hibernation assessment; barn owl survey. Trustees held a meeting this morning and decided to suspend the project for the moment and leave the surveys just now.
